About The Position

We are excited to add the beautiful Embassy Suites Pigeon Forge to our portfolio. We will begin our screening and interviews in the Fall 2023. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Room Attendants to ensure guests experience top notch cleanliness standards. Requirements
- Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience required
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Removing and replacing all linen from guest rooms
- Stocking housekeeping carts
- Clean floors and all surfaces of guest rooms
- Dust, brush, polish & vacuum furniture, decor, appliances
- Inspect rooms for damage and hazards
- Attend to guest requests
