About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional hotel experience by keeping rooms and suites spotless, well-stocked, and inviting. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
