About The Position
We are hiring Room Attendants! Join our housekeeping team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Room Attendants are essential in delivering excellent guest experiences by ensuring our rooms are spotless, fresh, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked linen cart.
- Report any maintenance needs in guest rooms (e.g., fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC).
- Ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued.
- Report lost and found items promptly.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
