Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred but not required.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
Good communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
Must be able to pass background checks and comply with health guidelines.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to Marriott’s high standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
Restock room supplies such as toiletries, minibar items, and paper products.
Respond to guest requests and assist with special needs as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning carts and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
