Our premier Reserve, Vermejo [https://tedturnerreserves.com/vermejo/], is currently seeking meticulous and dedicated Room Attendants to join our exceptional housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms and lodges, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay in harmony with nature. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Room Attendant, your primary duties will be centered around maintaining the beauty and charm of our guest lodging and surrounding facilities.
Requirements
- You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous housekeeping in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
- Familiarity with eco-conscious or sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an impeccable standard of cleanliness and presentation of guest housing, lodges, and public areas.
- Responding to guests’ needs.
- Ensuring and coordinating the laundering of guest linens.
- Coordinating the timely return of all lost and found items to the front desk.
- Coordinating with the front desk regarding guest room status.
- Maintaining knowledge of arrivals / departures and stay-overs for each day.
- Staying up-to-date on the most efficient eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
- Maintaining knowledge of handling hazardous materials.
- Reporting maintenance issues.
- Informing Management of any guest-related issues.
- Maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Coordinating annual deep cleaning of guest facilities and off-season cleaning of seasonal employee housing.
- All other duties as assigned.
