About The Position

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Room Attendant to our Mission Bay Family. The JOB: As a Seasonal Room Attendant you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant is a crucial role in which you directly impact the guests stays and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! The role of Room Attendant requires a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to others. Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar size hotel. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight
  • Experience in taking care of guests in a high-energy setting.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule is essential, as this position requires availability to work during the day, night, weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
