This specific role is for a Room Attendant within the Housekeeping Department, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The position involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms to meet high cleanliness and brand standards, maintaining public areas, and responding to guest requests. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Hospitality environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, and amenities.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock supplies.
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
