The Room Attendant – Housekeeping is responsible for the cleaning, sanitation, and resetting of guest rooms, including changing bed linens, sanitizing all areas, vacuuming, and replenishing room amenities. This role involves maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, embodying the company's Promise to Lead with Love by guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Requirements

  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping experience in residential or commercial setting

Responsibilities

  • Adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Stand during entire shift
  • Work flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
  • Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
  • Clean, sanitize, & reset guest rooms
  • Change bed linens
  • Sanitize all areas
  • Vacuum
  • Replenish room amenities
  • Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms
  • Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests
  • Guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences
