About The Position

Requirements

Detail-oriented and task-driven

Organized with strong time management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
Full availability required, including weekends and holidays
Shifts typically run 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Sunday–Saturday)
Hours/Days may vary based on hotel occupancy and business needs

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Customer service experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms thoroughly (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, restocking amenities)
Preparing rooms for arriving guests according to brand standards
Refreshing stayover rooms to ensure continued comfort
Inspecting rooms for maintenance concerns and reporting issues promptly
Responding to guest requests quickly and courteously
Assisting with deep cleaning projects as assigned
Maintaining proper inventory of housekeeping supplies
Signing in/out radios for interdepartmental communication
Signing in/out master keys in accordance with key control procedures
Following all LEGOLAND New York Resort policies, OSHA standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
Maintaining professional standards of conduct, hygiene, uniform, and appearance
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
