About The Position

The Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown - Convention Center is seeking a Room Attendant to joint our team. The Room Attendant cleans and prepares guest rooms by meeting established standards of cleanliness and propriety to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements

Knowledge of: General cleaning principles, safe use of cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.
Skills and Ability to: Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform all required cleaning duties.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent the hotel positively.
Attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure room cleanliness standards are maintained.
Manage one’s time to meet productivity standards.
Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers in order to accurately receive and convey information.
Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
