About The Position

The Renaissance Shoals, a prestigious waterfront destination, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join their team. This part-time role is crucial in ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting, directly enhancing the guest experience by creating a fresh, luxurious environment where guests can relax and unwind.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and refreshed, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
• Inspect rooms for quality assurance, ensuring every corner sparkles and all items are in perfect condition.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude while interacting with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Complete assigned rooms promptly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests, including the use of cleaning chemicals and proper waste disposal.
