About The Position

At Cascada Spa and Hotel, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing and luxurious environment for our guests. We are seeking dedicated and friendly Room Attendants to ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and sustainability. As a Room Attendant at Cascada Spa and Hotel, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms. Your tasks will include cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay while upholding our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Clean, and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
Restock guest supplies and amenities, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Report maintenance issues and special requests from guests promptly.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment.
Collaborate with laundry staff as needed to ensure a consistent supply of clean linens.
Uphold our sustainability practices by using resources efficiently and recycling where applicable.
