About The Position

The Room Attendant at Hotel Effie plays a key role in providing guests with a luxurious and memorable experience by ensuring that guest rooms and public spaces are impeccably clean, well-organized, and welcoming. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest service in a sophisticated environment.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or high-end resort is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Good communication skills and ability to understand and respond to guest needs effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest luxury standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities as per hotel standards.
Dust, polish, and vacuum floors, furniture, and other surfaces.
Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and coffee amenities.
Empty trash and remove any room service trays or debris.
Handle guest requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and report any maintenance issues or lost items.
Follow strict health and safety protocols, including COVID-19-related guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and ensure a secure and safe environment.
