About The Position
Emeline offers innovative dining, cozy gathering places, curated retail, classic event space and gracious guest rooms - marked by layers of experience, thoughtful surprises and an unmistakable sense of place. This individual is a part of the amazing heart of house team that takes pride in everything they do to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Their primary roles include changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing guest requests thoughtfully and knowledgeably to make sure the rooms are stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

Responsibilities
- Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms
- Must use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom
- Replenish all supplies and amenities to standard
- Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard
- Delivery or retrieve requested items from guests
- Ensure guestrooms are secured
- Adhere to the lost and found policy for all guest items accidentally left behind
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
