AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn. As part of the esteemed AC Hotel brand, our property blends minimalist elegance with intuitive service in the heart of Silicon Valley. With thoughtfully designed spaces, curated amenities, and a passion for detail, our hotel is a haven for both business and leisure guests seeking a stay beyond the ordinary. We are currently seeking detail-driven, guest-focused Room Attendants who are passionate about creating pristine, welcoming spaces and contributing to a five-star experience for every guest.

Requirements

Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection
Take pride in creating a fresh, comfortable environment for guests
Thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role
Are reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
Communicate clearly and work well independently or as part of a team
Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift

Nice To Haves

Have prior housekeeping experience (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Cleaning and resetting guest rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards
Making beds, replenishing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring each space is immaculate
Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Reporting maintenance issues and unusual room conditions promptly
Handling guest requests with discretion, warmth, and urgency
Maintaining professional appearance and a well-stocked, organized cart and supply area
Supporting the broader housekeeping team and collaborating across departments for a seamless guest experience
