About The Position

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a luxury resort in Napa Valley, set on over 700 acres of vineyards and farmland. It features 135 cottage guestrooms and suites, a spa (Halehouse), and three dining venues, including Bear. The resort offers a unique blend of luxury and cultivation, embracing its 100-year history. As a Room Attendant, you will be a detail-driven hospitality professional with a passion for cleanliness, meticulously preparing and maintaining guest rooms to ensure memorable stays. You will be responsible for ensuring every corner sparkles with comfort and warmth for valued guests, contributing to the Auberge family's commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

• One-year of housekeeping experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
