About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring rooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand, bend, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented with positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Hotel housekeeping experience
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Basic English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel brand standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
• Clean bathrooms, mirrors, furniture, floors, and fixtures
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop guest rooms and corridors
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items
• Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean and organized
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests when needed
