Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures

Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and properly maintained
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and service areas
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Assist with special guest requests and provide excellent customer service
