Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet hotel standards. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper use of equipment and chemicals Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Perform additional duties as assigned by management
