About The Position

Housekeeping Attendant You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred
High School Graduate or Equivalent is an asset
Must be in excellent physical condition and be able to lift 50lbs and move 75lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk and bend for 8 hours
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision.
Available to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
Proven ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
An eye for detail and dedication
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
Sign in, pick up keys, ipods, and room assignments in Housekeeping office. Return items and sign out at end of day.
Report necessary maintenance to your supervisor.
Return and properly tag all lost and found articles
Check assigned floors, including storage areas, for required cleaning throughout the day (ie; burnt light bulbs black marks on walls and paint marks on suppliers).
Vacuum and mop the floor in guest rooms.
Fill guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide courteous, professional service and maintain a good working relationship with your own colleagues and all departments.
Ensure a safe work environment for you and co-workers and uphold safety guidelines provided by the dept.
Complete all other duties as assigned
