About The Position

The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking Room Attendants to join their Housekeeping team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk! The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in hotel housekeeping and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career. Shift Pattern: candidates need to have full flexibility with schedules; shifts start as early as 8AM during the weekdays and 9AM during the weekends. Weekend and Holidays availability is required. As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Perform guest turn down service, as needed What are we looking for?
