This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk. With over 120,000 square footage of event space, the ideal candidate has previous banquet server experience and strong interpersonal skills. Seeking someone who is reliable and has a positive attitude. Shift Pattern: Shifts may include AM, PM, weekend, and holidays based on business needs Pay Rate: $7.25 per hour What are the benefits of working for Hilton? Requirements

• previous banquet server experience

Responsibilities

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
• Ensure menu knowledge
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
