About The Position
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms and halls in the hotel by performing various duties. This includes cleaning, dusting, waxing, scrubbing, polishing, and servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures. The Room Attendant will stock the cart with guest room supplies at the beginning of the shift, greet guests, replace linens, empty wastebaskets, rearrange furnishings, and report any damages or hazards. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions while ensuring guest satisfaction.
