The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service in alignment with The Tides Inn mission and Forbes Five-Star standards. This role ensures that all guest rooms and assigned areas are immaculate, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. Success in this position is demonstrated through attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and care. The Room Attendant plays a critical role in supporting overall guest satisfaction and upholding the reputation of The Tides Inn. Basic computer skills and knowledge are required for this role.
