Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the primary language of the hotel.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with a commitment to safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies according to hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to room services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient room turnover and timely completion of daily assignments.
