Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6 months related experience and / or training.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare 16 to 18 guest rooms per day within an 8-hour shift, following the Hotel Housekeeping Guidelines and maintaining high standards.
  • Ensure guest rooms are spotless, well-arranged, and fully stocked.
  • Deliver top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with care.
  • Perform routine checks on fixtures, televisions, radios, and heating/cooling equipment to confirm they are in proper working order.
  • Adjust heating/cooling settings and radios for guest comfort.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution.
