As our Roofing Turnkey Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the entire roofing lifecycle from lead intake to estimating, insurance negotiation, material procurement, subcontractor oversight, final walkthrough, and collections. Requirements

3+ years of experience in roofing or construction project management
Strong knowledge of insurance claims and estimating (Xactimate preferred)
Proven track record managing subs, timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Physically able to inspect roofs and manage field operations
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Project Scoping & Estimating Collaborate with mitigation and sales teams to assess roofing needs, including tarp installations and related project requirements.
Use tools like Xactimate and Docusketch to write profitable, accurate estimates.
Prepare thorough job files, notes, and supporting photos.
Drive scope approvals with adjusters and secure homeowner sign-offs with clarity.
Scope, estimate, and oversee roofing repairs and replacements as part of reconstruction projects.
Customer Experience & Sales Build trust with homeowners from day one—guide them, set expectations, and overdeliver.
Close deals with confidence—walk through estimates, explain contracts, and collect upfront payments.
Maintain proactive communication throughout the reconstruction and roofing lifecycle.
Assist Customers by introducing them to financing options.
Team Collaboration & Execution Partner with subcontractors to plan and execute projects efficiently and profitably.
Coordinate with the procurement team, and submit change orders or supplements when necessary.
Ensure all budget, scope, and timeline items are completed to standard—no open loops.
Oversee roofing subcontractors and crews to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
