About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is currently seeking experienced commercial Roofing Superintendents in Columbus and Cincinnati, OH for our Spec Division! These positions are paying $27/hr - $40/hr, BOE.

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising a large-scale, new construction roofing project.

Requirements

• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial roofing a plus
• Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
• Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilities
• Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure proficient workflow
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
• Plan and execute a successful project
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work overtime as needed
