Requirements

• Skilled, dependable crews or individuals with experience in roofing installations
• Clean, reliable truck + your own tools
• You must have Valid insurance: General Liability, Workers’ Comp, and Auto
• Solid work history with references—we want pros we can count on
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Review job details before heading out—know exactly what’s expected
• Maintain a clean, professional worksite from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with the Installation Supervisor to keep jobs moving smoothly
