Requirements
- Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, SPF
- Minimum 3 years commercial roofing experience
- Valid State driver's license (in good standing)
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Maintaining schedule, update, coordinate services of commercial roofing projects
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Thorough planning & project execution
