About The Position

We're seeking confident, coachable, and self-motivated sales representatives to join our high-performing team. Using a proven in-home sales process, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. Your success is determined by your effort - the more you put in, the more you earn.

Requirements

2+ years of professional sales experience required
Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software
High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence
Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions
Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months
Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales
Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week
Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins
Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community
