American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman with extensive multi-system knowledge and leadership ability. We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands all phases of roofing and can lead crews, troubleshoot problems, and deliver high-quality workmanship across residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, maintains high standards, and wants long-term growth with a stable company. Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of roofing or construction experience
- Experience in all phases of roofing, including: Tile roofing Shingle systems Foam roofing Metal roofing Walk decks
- Strong understanding of repairs, service, and full system installations
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Arizona weather conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing crews
- Diagnose and repair roofing issues across multiple systems
- Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Protect property and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Travel to job sites as required
- Train and mentor crew members
