About The Position

Qntum, one of the nation’s fastest-growing companies in the roofing and home services space, is seeking a dynamic Roofing Door-to-Door Sales Manager. This role involves overseeing and growing an assigned territory, specifically by training, managing, and recruiting a door-to-door canvassing team. The manager is also responsible for producing personal leads, setting high-conversion appointments, and collaborating with regional and executive sales leadership. Qntum provides comprehensive structure, training, and tools, along with ongoing support for training, motivating, and managing roofing appointment setters. The company offers a clear, step-by-step leadership development path from day one, with uncapped growth potential, promotion-from-within opportunities, and expanded leadership scope as the team thrives. Sales Managers can expect weekly earnings of $1,000–$2,500 (commission + overrides), leading to an annual OTE of $75,000 – $150,000. The role includes residential neighborhood prospecting, assessing homeowners’ roof damage, hosting 2–3 weekly team meetings and sales trainings, and participating in weekly company-wide personal development webinars. Requirements

  • Significant door-to-door / canvassing experience
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer
  • Experience managing successful canvassing teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong rapport-building skills
  • Self-motivated and positive under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Train, manage, and recruit a door-to-door canvassing team
  • Produce personal leads
  • Set high-conversion appointments
  • Work directly with regional and executive sales leadership
  • Drive a strong, winning, and inspiring team culture
  • Lead from the front as the team pacesetter
  • Train and manage a team of RoofingPros (canvassers/setters)
  • Coordinate scheduling with the Area Manager
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new RoofingPros
  • Ensure weekly team performance goals are met
  • Lead territory “meet ups” to drive accountability and results
  • Assist in managing canvassing territories
  • Participate in multiple weekly training meetings
  • Conduct residential neighborhood prospecting
  • Assess homeowners’ roof damage
  • Host 2–3 weekly team meetings and sales trainings
  • Participate in weekly company-wide personal development webinars
