This role is responsible for training, managing, and recruiting a door-to-door canvassing team, producing personal leads, setting high-conversion appointments, and working directly with regional and executive sales leadership. Qntum provides the structure, training, and tools necessary for success, with ongoing support for training, motivating, and managing roofing appointment setters.
