We are looking for a dominant sales personality to take over the Austin market. At Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors, we don't want "order takers"—we want a Trailblazer. This role is for the professional who wants to be the #1 rep in the city and isn't afraid to outwork the competition to get there.

Requirements

• You are highly competitive and motivated by performance-based pay.
• You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• You are physically able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• You move fast and take 100% ownership of your results.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Market Domination: Finding and winning over homeowners in your assigned territory.
• On-Site Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to find storm damage.
• Closing Deals: Helping homeowners through the insurance process and signing contracts.
• Self-Management: Managing your own schedule and pipeline with total urgency.
