About The Position

In this high-impact role, you'll perform detailed roof assessments, support our estimating and sales team, and help clients make confident, informed decisions that protect their facilities and investments. This isn't a roofing installation job - it's a technical field role for someone who loves problem-solving, technology, and being a trusted advisor to customers. Description/Essential Responsibilities: Conduct professional roof assessments, moisture surveys, and system evaluations Perform drone and thermal/IR inspections (training provided if needed) Document site findings with photos, notes, measurements, and roof assembly details. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of commercial roofing, inspections, building envelope, or related experience
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in roof system science
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Infrared Thermographer certification preferred
- FAA Part 107 drone license preferred
- RRO/RRC/RRA or manufacturer credentials preferred
Responsibilities
