About The Position

A&A Quality Roofing is hiring an experienced and hard-working person to join our West Plains, MO team as a full-time Roof Sales and Repair Technician! We're looking for someone who can complete high-quality work and stay safe while repairing rooftops. THE BASICS OF BECOMING OUR ROOF SALES AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN Pay : We pay for experience, and you can earn $25.00 - $35.00/hour based on your qualifications. Schedule : You'll typically work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday . WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As our Roof Sales and Repair Technician, you'll be completing rewarding hands-on work and making a positive difference for our customers. Here's what to expect: Inspecting rooftops, assessing damages, and identifying repair needs Skillfully repairing all types of systems (shingles, metal, flat, etc.) Identifying the source of leaks and water intrusion issues and taking care of the problem Following all safety protocols and meeting our quality standards Keeping job sites clean and organized Providing professional customer service and communicating with supervisors as needed WHAT YOU'LL NEED 2+ years of roofing repair experience Experience with leak detection Strong knowledge of roofing materials and repair techniques Ability to work from heights and be outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to work within our service area (an hour radius around our central office) Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA certification - preferred Sales experience - preferred (training on sales skills will be provided) ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TOP-NOTCH TEAM? Requirements

2+ years of roofing repair experience
Experience with leak detection
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and repair techniques
Ability to work from heights and be outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to work independently and with a team

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
