Sales Associate / Customer Service Duties: As a Sales associate you will need to be able to multitask by doing a bit of everything in the store. Your main duties will include assisting retail and commercial customers in the purchase of batteries and light bulbs, replacing batteries in watches, cell phones and cars, and maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing shelves as well as maintaining the store appearance by cleaning when necessary. Tech Duties: For technical duties, you will be trained to program key fobs, install car batteries, fix cell phones, tablets, and other devices. You will also help maintain proper inventory and receive, pack, and ship devices.

Requirements

Customer service experience preferred
Demonstrated technical aptitude
Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform and talk to customers
Good technical writing skills preferred
This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products.
The position also requires the employee to regularly use a computer and other office equipment, as well as tools.
This position requires lifting 10-20 lbs on a regular basis.
