The Role As a Roof Panel Folding Machine Specialist, you’ll take ownership of setup, operation, and quality for a folding machine that produces roofing and architectural components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Prior experience with folding machines or similar sheet metal forming equipment preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong math skills, including interpreting roof pitches and determining precise bend degrees.
• Mechanical know-how and solid problem-solving ability.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with deadlines.
• Effective communicator with a team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with folding machines or similar sheet metal forming equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure the machine to meet drawing specs and production requirements.
• Operate the folder safely and efficiently, monitoring quality every step of the way.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production on track.
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy; fine-tune settings to maintain tight tolerances.
• Keep your area tidy and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve production targets.
• Log production results and machine performance data as required.
