GENERAL MANAGER - ROOF AT theWIT JOB QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years' experience Managing high volume restaurant / nightclub, with direct reports of managers, doorman, floor host person, busser, bartender, cocktail servers. General understanding of budgeting, profit and loss statement, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operation expenses Knowledge with effective food and beverage service techniques and sales strategies. Knowledge and experience with Micros POS, Avero Slingshot, Coyle Secret Shoppers, Bevintel, ADP and Hotschedules a plus. Knowledge of service, service etiquette and standard service practices for full service restaurants, nightclubs and corporate events. Knowledge and experience production for DJ's and live performances. Knowledge of standard safety and sanitation practices for food and beverage service. Knowledge and experience with brand marketing, social media and advertising.
