Requirements

Must have at least two years of dealer experience.
Strong teamwork skills.
Drug test and background check required.
Clean and valid driver's license.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards.
Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
Auto estimating: 1 year (Required)
Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Greet customers.
Accurately document all customer concerns on work order.
Complete all documents required for repair order compliance.
Perform walk around video for vehicle condition proper documentation.
Responsible for communicating with customers / technicians/ extended warranties and insurance companies for additional services/repairs recommended or needed.
Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle's status.
Answer phone calls for service questions.
Complete customer's active delivery process when ready.
