Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Rolling Mill Operators for projects located in or around Sandy, OR . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $30-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Operating steel rolling machines Form 1inch thick steel sheets into a circular shape creating pipes & tanks Welding tasks using dual shield, MIG, TIG, and Flux core welding processes Maintain the rolling mill equipment and welding tools to ensure smooth and efficient operation Monitor material quality and thickness to meet required specifications Conduct routine inspections and perform minor maintenance on the rolling mill machine and welding equipment

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Rolling Mill Operator or in a similar manufacturing or metal fabrication role
Must be proficient in welding using dual shield, MIG, TIG, and Flux core welding
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with manual rolling mill machines (non-CNC)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to lift and maneuver steel sheets and materials safely

Responsibilities

Operating steel rolling machines
