Clean and inspect mill stands/guides returning from the mill floor. Use blueprint reading to repair mill stands and guiding equipment. Run robotics to change mill stand rolls; set up stands for upcoming products. Assemble and prepare guides to meet scheduled rollings. Create and manage work orders in QMOS; print documentation; adapt stand build-ups per QMOS scheduling. Order parts and maintain minimum spare inventory for guides/stands in SAP. Partner with Roll Turners to prioritize roll redressing based on pass availability and rolling cycle. Support changeovers and troubleshoot in-service stands and guides on the mill. Coordinate passes and stand usage with Roll Turners and the Roll Shop Routine Facilitator. What helps you succeed Leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
