About The Position
General Function: Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. Must have ability to ascend and descend stairs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Requirements
- A+ minimum, will be required to obtain many other certifications (net+,server+, HP, IBM, and Dell specific)
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Troubleshooting (flow chart style)
- Customer service/relations skills
- Able to work unsupervised
- Able to be a team member
