Responsibilities

visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to include verifying portion, presentation and guest’s specifications
responsible for all aspects of food delivery; set up and stock product for each shift; maintain backup storage, and clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools
organize and deliver dishes to the guests
handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM; Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management
