The Rolex Specialist is responsible for delivering a best-in-class client experience while supporting the operations and presentation of the Rolex environment. This role serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained in alignment with Rolex expectations. Working in partnership with the Rolex Business Manager and Sales Professional, the Rolex Specialist maximizes client-facing time and upholds Rolex’s core values through visual excellence, inventory support, and administrative execution. The Rolex Specialist will also serve as a dedicated representative of the Rolex boutique environment, demonstrating CD Peacock’s Culture of Excellence while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor in a non-selling, support capacity.
