- Current up to date belay training and climbing instruction experience
- Must be 16 years or older
- 6mo - 1 year experience in climbing or instructing
- Skill and knowledge of climbing techniques and mechanics
- Training and teaching experience in aerobic and physical fitness
- Professional image
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Background check cannot contain offenses restricted by state law
