About the role Rock Wall Desk Attendant - Cambridge, MA Part-time, 5 hours/week Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Attendants to join the team on campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the indoor rock climbing and bouldering community at our on-campus Rock Wall—perfect for those passionate about climbing and recreation! Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. You will also take part in facility walkthroughs and cleaning equipment. Other duties as needed/assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and assist customers.
• Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
• Take part in facility walkthroughs and cleaning equipment.
