Background check, US Citizenship, CAC, and a secret clearance are requirements of this position. Travel is 20%. 1.Serves as the ROC-M Principal Analyst to the CNSL AMPHIB, CRUDES and other ship classes providing continuity in process and oversight for ship maintenance planning, CASREP and work notification tracking, analysis, and execution for AMPHIB, CRUDES and other class ship classes. 2. Develop, coordinate and synchronize with the technical staffs of: Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA), Office of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), In-service Engineering Agents (ISEA), PEO, Combat Systems Port Engineers (CSPEs), Surface Ship Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement Activity(SURFMEPP), Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Regional Maintenance Centers (NRMCs),Planning Yards, Ships Force, public and private repair activities and other stakeholders involved in the maintenance planning and availability execution of CNSL ships. 3. Monitor and analyze the readiness and material condition of all ship classes through casualty reports (CASREPs), availability situation reports (SITREPS) and other Naval Message traffic to identify material problem trends and potential class-wide problems. Provide monitoring and recommendations for preparation of maintenance and readiness briefs and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly briefings of CNSL and N4 senior management. Serve as CNSL representative at various simultaneously (AMPHIB, CRUDES, FDNF, and OTHER SHIP CLASSES) conferences and meetings concerning ships availability planning and executions. Prepare appropriate correspondence and reports. 4. The analyst shall meet or exceed the following measurables: Punctuality, reliability, and consistent quality in regards ROC-M operating principles review of CASREP maintenance concerns via SIPR MFOM(S), Qlik, Jupiter, or eCASREP databases for CNSL pre deploying ships daily and weekly Pre deploying ships teleconferences to the waterfront and as needed briefings to CNSL N00. 5. Provide on-site subject matter expert response to in-person, telephone or e-mail inquiries or concerns regarding ROC-M Program Management support during normal office hours if not already engaged in out of office ROC-M Program Management support matters.
