About The Position

This opportunity is for a Founder to address the challenge where sensor fusion, a foundational infrastructure in robotics, is currently treated as custom engineering, leading to wasted time, increased costs, and production failures. Robotics developers frequently encounter issues with low-level sensor drivers, adapter rebuilding, manual DDS configurations, and rewritten calibration logic, resulting in timestamp drifts, QoS misconfigurations, inconsistent latency, and ultimately, failed sensor fusion and poor robot performance in the field. The goal is to become the standard sensor fusion layer consumed by every robotics team, owning the data foundation and expanding into the constraint layer, policy layer, and the full middleware stack between hardware and AI models across all robotics verticals. Forum's AI Studio partners with ambitious individuals, providing capital ($250K USD investment), an end-to-end fundraising playbook and network (for seed and Series A), validation support, experienced operating team assistance (business design, product development, growth, recruitment, legal), GTM strategy execution to reach $50-100K ARR, MVP development, a community of mentors, and $100K worth of business perks. This is a co-creation opportunity to build a venture-backed B2B SaaS business, not an employment opportunity with Forum Ventures.

Requirements

• Early-stage operator experience, and expertise in the problem space you're building in
• The ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams
• A demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to change the world
• A desire to be a venture-backed founder
• Canada or US-based, and the ability to collaborate in North American time zones
